Headspace – Daily programs of 10 minute mindfulness meditations.
Outfolded – Outfolded is a minimalist, endless puzzle game – relax and zone out.
Daily YogaDaily Yoga provides a series of Yoga workouts. Good for mindfulness and distraction.

Simone Lisa – A raw and honest blog about Simone’s life with mental health issues and her determination to keep trying.
Nik Tebbe – Widowed to suicide, this lady is incredibly brave and inspirational in sharing her life and love.
