Alternatively, you can call a local mental health hotline for support (there is a list below) or contact your Doctor and let them know that you are feeling suicidal. If you do not believe you can remain safe, please dial 000 (or your countries emergency number) for immediate professional help.
Sharing a problem is often the first step to recovery and may make help you feel calmer. Remember, mental health crises are often only temporary – focus on getting through it one hour at a time until you can get support.

Lifeline provides 24/7 telephone crisis counseling, as well as access to support groups, and suicide prevention services. Online chat is available between 7pm and 4am, 7 days a week. Call 13 11 14 or Chat Online.
Suicide Call Back Service provides 24/7 support if you or someone you know is feeling suicidal. Call 1300 659 467.
1800 RESPECT offer telephone and online counseling for those who are or have experienced sexual assault or domestic and family violence. This service is available 24/7, whether you’re seeking help for yourself, a friend or relative, a colleague or a client. Call 1800 737 732 or Chat Online.
MensLine Australia is a 24/7 professional telephone and online support and information service for Australian men. Call 1300 78 99 78
